TEACHING

Teaching, advising, and mentoring the next generation of learners in academia and the professional world is a privilege. Creating diverse and engaging spaces in which individuals can grow as brave thinkers and effective doers, be they in or out of a classroom, is central to how I define success in my teaching.

My formal experience as a teacher includes serving as an instructor of record and TA at the University of Pennsylvania. I hold a teaching certificate from Penn's Center for Teaching and Learning and have led workshops for
graduate-student teachers.

In 2022, I was nominated by students and selected by a faculty-led committee as a finalist for the Penn Prize for Excellence in Graduate Teaching at Penn
